Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at havengulf4@gmail.com. Approved returns must be sent to [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, and hazardous materials are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. For EU orders, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to the same item-condition requirements. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.
